RM and OSDP Boards provide a secure connection between readers and panels with the choice of Software House “RM” protocol or OSDP secure channel communications. They extend reader cable distance by up to 4,000 ft., allowing distributed control of an access control door while simplifying field wiring for more advanced door installations.
- A full range of door controller boards offer a choice of Software House “RM” protocol and OSDP mode for enhanced security options. This allows distributed control of an access control door for distances up to 4,000 ft. (1,200 m) from the iSTAR controller.
- Door control module circuit boards are available separately or in enclosures with integrated LifeSafety Power. Flexible wall and rack mount panel enclosure options allow you to maximize the available space. They create a ready-to-install system, with harnesses for panel power and lock control, and fault and tamper switches with pre-installed connectors for iSTAR boards.
